how to deal with seasons of forgotteness

"And they dreamed a dream both of them, each man his dream in one night, each man according to the interpretation of his dream, the butler and the baker of the king of Egypt, which were bound in the prison." Genesis 40:5

It can be a lonely season when God is quiet and you feel as if all He has promised you has already past. Joseph was left alone to war with a promise He received in his father's house. He found himself a stranger, even a prisoner in a foreign place yet He held on to the promises of God even when it looked as if God and his family had forgotten him. If you can relate to Joseph's story, this is your reminder that God has not forgotten you.
